most of my songs come from things that have happened or are happening in my life. you know...boyfriend breaks up with you, a relative dies, or even getting into a fight with you best friend.
but i really like the way the old Green Day songs sound. not so much like in the 'Dookie' era, more of the 'Kerplunk!' or '1,039 Smooth...' eras. so i model a lot of my songs after them.
